Vincent Benini
Founder
Vincent Benini is a seasoned energy executive with over a decade of experience leading commercial strategy across the EV charging, energy storage, and clean energy sectors. Prior to founding Utilized Energy, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at PositivEnergy, where he scaled sales, launched an innovative charging-as-a-service model, and secured large municipal and enterprise contracts, including a multi-year cooperative purchasing agreement. He has deep expertise in developing and deploying complex electrification infrastructure, with a track record of navigating utility, permitting, and hardware/software integration challenges.
Earlier in his career, Vincent held engineering and commercial roles at Lockheed Martin, Demand Energy, and Enel X, where he helped bring early-stage battery storage projects to market. He has developed capital projects deals with airports, transit agencies, and fleet operators, and has been recognized as a speaker and contributor on clean energy topics at national industry forums. Vincent founded Utilized Energy to help organizations unlock the latent value in their existing electrical infrastructure through data-driven solutions and practical implementation expertise.
Additionally, Vincent is an Energy Risk Professional, certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP)
